We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused **Bartender/Server** to join our devilishly delightful team. As a Bartender/Server, you’ll craft spicy cocktails, serve bold dishes, and assist customers in our hotsauce retail section. If you love mixing drinks, working with people, thrive in a high-energy setting, and have a passion for bold flavors, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of spicy cocktails, beers, and other beverages with flair.
- Take customer orders and serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Provide recommendations and educate customers about our unique hotsauce offerings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar and retail areas.
- Handle cash and card transactions with accuracy using our square POS system.
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Assist with restocking hotsauce inventory and ensuring product displays are eye-catching.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to keep the heat safe and enjoyable.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a bartender, server, or in retail/customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation (experience with spicy cocktails a plus).
- Passion for food, drinks, and spicy flavors (hotsauce enthusiasts encouraged).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with our fiery clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with a smile.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (the heat never sleeps).
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Must be 21+ (due to serving alcohol in our bar area).
- Food handler’s certification and alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS) or willingness to obtain.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$30.03 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
