**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce parts according to specifications.
- Set up/nest and calibrate equipment for optimal performance.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine job requirements
- Conduct basic maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions or issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of production goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in CNC laser cutting and programming
- Familiarity with crane and forklift operation is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use calipers and other measuring tools effectively.
- Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Ability to perform quality inspections and understand assembly processes.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills to interpret technical documents accurately.
