Customer Service Agent

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
3. Be able to conduct morning briefings with the team daily
4. Implementing new processes that will need to be monitored daily to ensure functionality
5. Schedule maintenance with accordance to the managers
6. Assigning extra personnel in the moving department for work to be done in and out of the office not limited to truck driving
7. Coordination of drivers and helpers with the dispatch department throughout the specific time of arrivals each day
8. Coordinating sales bookings throughout the day for the oncoming weeks; not limited to same day bookings
9. Completion of confirmation calls 8 days in advance
10. Collecting feedback from movers to be able to do internal performance reviews that allows the movers to upgrade status in the roster
12. Debt collection; Daily collection for balance due customers (storage payments, move invoices)
13. Hiring platforms must be constantly monitored for potential applicants during hiring seasons; applicants will be reached out to a minimum of 2-4 times prior to closing
14. Updating no shows daily in the group chat; not limited to deductions
15. Making daily announcements on processes to all departments depending on the nature of the requests
16. Ensuring that uniforms are worn on a daily basis, anytime a driver or helper is not wearing a uniform, they will be provided one prior to departure
17. Tool and uniform sales must be monitored and updated in the group chat to ensure no money loss
18. Reminding the agents for any missed calls but not limited to the managers taking over depending on the demand of calls in that period
19. Monitoring RingCentral tasks that allow a convenient interaction with the sales department
20. Collecting feedback from customers and ensuring that any negative impact that may come can be closed prior to reaching the back systems
22. Rotational share of the incoming calls between agents
23. Escalations must be passed on to the managers on site to rectify any situation
24. Performing a multitude of tasks including (rescheduling, adding additional movers, time adjustments, truck adjustments, special item requests, specific mover requests, address changes, material or valuation adjustments, hourly rate changes, and discounts for customers)
25. Reviews to be reached out to and reconciled by providing a reasonable discount and explanation as to the case
**Salary**: $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
