**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the process of firmware flashing for hardware products, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to stay updated on firmware updates and requirements.
- Oversee the shipping of hardware products to clients or deployment sites.
- Ensure all logistics are managed efficiently, including packing, tracking, and handling customs/documentation if required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
- Gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Ensure all stakeholders (internal and external) are aligned with project goals and deadlines.
- Work closely with onsite teams to explain technical aspects of the hardware and its calibration requirements.
- Be hands-on when needed, assisting in calibration work and ensuring installations are done correctly.
- Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet the required standards, timelines, and budget.
- Conduct post-deployment reviews with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven 5y+ experience in project management, and 1y+ in hardware environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in calibration and installation processes is highly desirable.
- Proficient in project management tools/ platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
