We are growing our team and looking for hard-working, reliable individuals who enjoy working outdoors. Golfshape Development Inc. specializes in golf course construction and renovation as well as landscaping services. We take pride in creating unique quality golf courses and garden landscapes.

**Duties**:
Perform manual labour and equipment operation duties for golf course construction projects and high-end landscaping in the Thornbury / Blue Mountains / Meaford area. Additional travel may be required.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to operate, or learn to operate, tractors and other construction equipment.
- Operate various tools, small engine equipment and vehicles including: mowers, measurement equipment, shovels, hammers, drills, laser levels, wheelbarrows, etc.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to complete demanding outdoor work with tight deadlines.
- Good communication and organizational skills and have a positive and respectful attitude.
- Must have valid driver’s license with clean driver’s abstract and reliable transportation.
- Safety boots and gloves are required.
- Landscape and/or golf course construction experience is an asset, but not required.
- Punctual and available to work weekends and holidays if required.
- May be required to complete other tasks as needed.

Pay rate will be based upon experience. Starting at $18 - $20 / hour. Only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
