**About Us**:
Guelph Volkswagen is a trusted automotive dealership dedicated to providing excellent vehicles and service. We are looking for an experienced **Office Manager** to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and ensure a clean office environment.
- Oversee financial transactions, invoicing, payables, and receivables, car deal processing and perform payroll processing.
- Supervise office staff and maintain an efficient office.
- Assist with customer & staff inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
- Enter and update sales and service data.
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
- Schedule & bank reconciliations, up to financial statement preparation
- Work together with the other managers to form a cohesive family atmosphere.
- Report directly to the GM

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as an office manager or administrator in an automotive setting (preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- High school diploma required; degree in business or finance is a plus.
