Front Desk Customer Service

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently to optimize office flow.
- Handle phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Process patient intake forms and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Assist with billing inquiries and provide support related to insurance claims when necessary.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks related to patient accounts and office finances.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Clerk or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with dental office operations is a plus, including understanding common procedures and terminology.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various situations calmly and professionally.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 50 per week
