**COMPANY**: Fresh Start Health Retreat, operating from 4384 South Island Hwy, V9H 1E8
**POSITION TYPE**: 3 weeks F/T (30-40 hrs per week), alternating with 3 weeks off; vegetarian meals.
**PAY**: Probation (3 21-Day Programs) $24 per hour, after that $25. Plus tips.

**CERTIFICATION/ SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Red Seal Certification or extensive cooking preparation experience - a high level of efficiency is a must
- Ability to prepare plated meals for a group of 25 people, with up to 50% meals customized to individual dietary needs (ex. gluten-free, diabetic, allergies, etc.)
- BC Food Safe and First Aid Level I (if absent, will need to require asap)

**SHIFT HOURS**: Morning Shift 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 or 3:30 p.m. Evening Shift (occasionally) 1:00-7:30 p.m. Minus 30-min break.

**HOURS**: Four to five 7-hr. days per week for 3 weeks, alternating with 3 weeks off.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare yummy and aesthetically appealing meals for a group of up to 25, following the current menu
- Customize meals as per individual dietary needs
- Food purchasing
