Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, loaders, and self propelled sprayers
- Perform tasks such as planting, spraying, spreading and loader work
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation
- Proficient in operating various farm and construction equipment
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment
- Valid driver's license (AZ or DZ an asset)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to pass training requirements for applicators licensing
- Knowledge of pesticides and other farm inputs an asset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
