Front of House Manager

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff, including servers and hosts, to maintain high service standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce labor costs, and increase sales growth.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with management for reordering as necessary.
- Strong financial understanding including labor costs and controls, and productivity controls.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- 3+ years previous experience in FOH service, especially in an upscale environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
- Strong Beer knowledge as well as bar knowledge. Must have Smart Serve
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations is essential.
- A passion for hospitality with a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Previous experience in interviewing staff is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
