**Length of Assignment: Start ASAP - 2026**

**Hourly Rate: $40.00**

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**:
**A minimum of 24 months** of combined experience working on tasks as a Data Conversion Specialist supporting the implementation of SAP for an environment of 1000+ users.

**A minimum of 12 months** combined experience migrating legacy systems to an SAP environment.

**A minimum of 12 months** combined experience as a Data Conversion Specialist, responsible for data analysis and migration from legacy systems to one or more of the following SAP modules:

- MM
- PM
- DFPS
- IBM Infosphere;
- IBM DataStage;
- SAP Data Services;
- SAP Information Steward;
- SAP Master Data Governance; and/or
- Other ETL tools.

**A minimum of 12 months** combined experience in developing and conducting ETL process for migrating data from multiple legacy systems (PlannEX, EDR, FMS) to SAP or in analyzing, defining and implementing data clean-up process for equipment integration to SAP.

**Tasks may include but are not limited to the following**:
a) Contribute to the development of ETL processes for EMT equipment and material acquisition and support data transformation initiatives;
b) Analyze and contribute to the definition of data cleanup processes for materiel identification project;
c) Participate in the mapping of data sources, data movement, with the goal of ensuring data quality;
d) Participate in the development and validation of business rules;
e) Participate in the development, analysis and coordination of data file conversions;
f) Work with importing files from heterogeneous platforms;
g) Participate in most facets of the conversion process;
h) Participate in the mapping, interfaces, mock conversion work, enhancements, actual conversion, and verify completeness and accuracy of converted data; and

i) Participate in the conversion of data into a format that can be accessed by DRMIS.
