**Overview**
Job Summary:
Join our team as a Stock Coordinator at Aldo at Crossiron Mills and be part of an exciting retail environment. As a Stock Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively manage all shipping and receiving procedures
- Maintain inventory and loss prevention standards
- Assist customers with their purchases, provide product information, and offer assistance
- Maintain a tidy and organized store environment by restocking shelves and keeping displays neat
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Support the team in inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service

**Skills**:

- Previous stock coordinator experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer inquiries
- Demonstrated ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in a retail setting
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed

**Duties**
- Manage and monitor stock levels to ensure product availability and optimal inventory turnover
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock replenishment and order accuracy
- Oversee merchandise presentation, including shelving, signage, and displays to maximize sales potential
- Operate forklifts safely for moving heavy or bulk items within the stockroom or sales floor
- Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of storage areas to uphold safety standards and organization
- Assist customers with inquiries related to stock, product locations, or availability
- Perform cashiering duties when necessary, including processing transactions accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory records using POS systems or inventory management software
- Support merchandising efforts by setting up promotional displays and ensuring proper product placement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in retail sales, inventory management, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for serving a broader customer base
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock handling and merchandising
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and vendors
- Ability to perform cleaning duties and maintain a tidy work environment
- Experience with cashiering and basic maintenance tasks is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a busy retail setting
- Physical ability to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
