**Purpose**:
We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual who eats, sleeps, and breathes customer service. As a Service Advisor, you'll be the driving force behind our service department's success, ensuring every customer's experience is nothing short of spectacular. From scheduling appointments to diagnosing vehicle issues and everything in between, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to deliver unparalleled service and satisfaction.
**Essential Duties**:
- Ignite the Customer Experience: Greet customers with a smile and a handshake, making them feel like VIPs from the moment they walk through our doors.
- Master of Scheduling: Whip our appointment book into shape, juggling schedules like a pro to keep our service bays humming.
- Diagnostic Dynamo: Dive under the hood (figuratively speaking) to uncover vehicle mysteries, then provide expert advice and recommendations to keep our customers cruising smoothly.
- CSI Champion: Raise the bar on customer satisfaction, ensuring our CSI ratings soar higher than a hot rod on the open highway.
- Regulation Road Warrior: Navigate the maze of federal, provincial, and local regulations with finesse, ensuring compliance without breaking a sweat.
- Transparent Communication Connoisseur: Keep customers in the loop every step of the way, providing clear estimates, updates, and explanations like a true automotive virtuoso.
- Telecommunications Trailblazer: Field phone calls and messages with lightning speed, leaving no customer inquiry in the dust.
- Delivery Dynamo: Hand over the keys with flair, answering questions and sending customers off with a smile as bright as their freshly serviced ride.
- Continuous Learner: Stay ahead of the curve by attending training sessions and schooling, ensuring you're always at the top of your game.
**Qualifications**:
- Fuel for Success: A track record of delivering top-tier customer service. Automotive knowledge is an asset but not a requirement.
- High-Octane Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical Mindset: General knowledge of mechanical operations to tackle any automotive challenge that comes your way.
- Sales Savvy: Experience in sales is preferred, but a passion for providing exceptional service is non-negotiable.
- Professional Pit Crew Look: Keep your appearance sharp and professional, because first impressions matter.
- Communication Cruise Control: Excellent oral and written communication skills to navigate the twists and turns of customer interactions.
- License to Drive: Hold a valid driver’s license and boast a clean driving record.
