Port Colborne, Canada The Cheers Store Full time

Duties:

- Prepare food according to recipes and portion sizes -Assist with plating and presentation of dishes
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen ----Ensure food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Handle and store food properly to maintain freshness and quality

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures (valid Food Handler's Certificate)
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand for periods of time
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
