At Empty Cup we focus on end-to-end production, roasting, packaging and brewing our coffee beans in house, for sale in our four (and growing) cafe locations, as well as distribution throughout Canada. Currently we have a strong focus on the RTD sector of Cold Brew Coffee, and plan to continue our growth as a company further into this market. Along with our Cold Brew drinks, we sell our beans in a variety of packaging forms for both direct-to-consumer, and business-to-business sales.

Our Cafe Team Leader will be responsible for running the cafe operations and leading the barista team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Running cafe operations
- Building and leading the barista team
- Providing an excellent in store experience for customers
- Build work schedules
- Brewing and serving various forms of coffee
- Maintenance and care of cafe equipment
- Maintain stock of all inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Educating customers on our coffee and various brewing techniques

**Salary**: Dependant on experience

Location: In-Person (Winnipeg)
