**Parts for Trucks** has been an industry leader providing parts and service to the heavy-duty trucking industry for over 100 years. Operating 30 sales / warehouse outlets and 15 service facilities from coast to coast, **Parts for Trucks** offers a complete range of products and services for all makes of trucks and trailers.

We are currently seeking a **Business Analyst** to join our team in **Dartmouth, NS **and help to transform the IT landscape for our growing company. This is a full-time and permanent, in-office position.

**Position Details**:

- Assist in analyzing business requirements, developing business use cases, project definition, and business process modelling across all lines of business.
- Develop end user training documentation and system usage guidelines; create system specifications and diagrams to document systems and technical requirements.
- Plan and execute functional testing; support end-user acceptance testing.
- Assist with the planning, scheduling and execution of regular software upgrades in support of current systems.

**Requirements**:

- An undergraduate degree in information systems, math and statistics, or similar program preferred, or at least a diploma in Data Analytics.
- Approximately five (5) years of experience in business or data analysis, some of which was in an industrial or retail/wholesale business.
- Advanced knowledge of Office 365 (especially Excel). Self-sufficient with other technologies including e-commerce platforms, database languages, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and used to working with a sense of urgency. Well-rounded writing and communication skills.
