Remote: Hybrid

Main Responsibilities Master the organization and execution of test activities; Establish the testing strategy as part of an initiative involving several squads; Understand the Agile - SCRUM delivery mode in a SAFE context and how testing activities are managed there (from unit testing to acceptance testing); Analyze the requirements and ensure optimal coverage in all test phases; Supervise team members in the development of test activities; Influence the definition and evolution of quality assurance practices; Recommend appropriate tools; Define and communicate the relevant metrics (KPI); Implement a testing approach within the project team or squad to ensure test compliance;
Make recommendations on the deployment of the solution in production. Requirements for the position Completed bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity, and 7 years of relevant experience or Completed master's degree, related to the sector of activity, and 5 years of relevant experience; Strong leadership and ability to influence at all levels; Experience in Quality Assurance practices and software testing; Experience in testing in a DevOps context (Test Data Management, automation, integration testing approach and continuous deployment); Experience in “Test-Driven-Development” development methods; Experience in test automation using new generations of tools; Banking experience desirable; Experience in a collaborative context with external suppliers; Increased ability to quickly adapt to changes; Ability to work under pressure; Ability to communicate both orally and in writing; High sense of initiative and innovation; Bilingualism (spoken/written) French and English.
