Front Counter Representative

Location: St. James, Winnipeg, MB

Are you passionate about accessorizing vehicles? Do you enjoy going to car meets/shows and appreciating what people do to their vehicles? Then look no further. Here at St. James Volkswagen, we are looking for a Volkswagen enthusiast to join our growing team You’ll be responsible for assisting customers with their parts and accessories needs, providing expert advice on Volkswagen accessories, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Parts department. Not only that but you’ll have the opportunity to network at Volkswagen car shows and network at car meets, being a true ambassador of the brand and St. James Volkswagen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Process transactions for vehicle servicing, parts, and accessories.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter area and parts showroom.
- Partake in vehicle shows and car meets to represent the brand and dealership.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
- Previous experience in automotive customer service is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
