**How You’ll Be Contributing**
- Gather all digital assets for all brands.
- Identify any missing digital assets for brands.
- Organize all digital assets based on PIM hierarchy.
- Rename all digital assets based on our Global standard naming convention.
- Upload all digital assets into the PIM.
- Assign all the digital assets to products.
**We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have**
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or data entry role.
- Knowledge of MS Suite, particularly a familiarity with Excel at an intermediate Level.
- Bilingual, with advanced English.
- Experience collaborating with various departments an asset.
- Excellent organizational skills, with great attention to detail.
- Must be available to work in office for the duration of the contract.

**Votre contribution**: - Collecter toutes les images numériques de toutes les marques.
- Identifier toutes images numériques manquantes pour les marques.
- Organiser les images numériques selon la hiérarchie dans le système de gestion des informations sur les produits (GIP).
- Renommer les images numériques selon notre convention mondiale d’appellation standard.
- Téléverser toutes les images numériques dans le système GIP.
- Assigner les images numériques aux produits.
**Exigences**: - De 1 à 2 années d’expérience dans un rôle similaire en administration ou en entrée de données.
- Connaissance de la suite MS Office, particulièrement d’Excel, niveau intermédiaire.
- Bilinguisme; anglais de niveau avancé.
- Expérience en collaboration avec divers départements, un atout.
- Compétences organisationnelles supérieures, avec une grande attention aux détails.
- Disponibilité à travailler en présentiel pour la durée du contrat.
