**LIFE INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR**

**1.** **MEETING PREPARATION AND SUPPORT (JOINT EFFORT)**:

- Compile Life, Segregated Fund, and Group Benefit Insurance Reporting
- Gather information on term renewal pricing, riders included in the contracts, in force illustrations and various other relevant data
- Marketing materials and agenda
- Compile Universal Life and Segregated Fund Investment Reporting
- Gather information on investment types, market returns, investment progress, and fund choices
- Generate Winfund investment statements
- Include required paperwork to change investment mix
- Prepare Life, Critical Illness, and Disability Insurance Product Illustrations, as well as Group and Group RSP Segregated Funds
- Compare products scope and pricing through the use of multiple option graphs, Power Point presentations, and excel worksheets
- Prepare client engagements and monitor engagements to ensure FCA executes contractual commitments and deliverables
- Manage Hard Copy and Electronic Files
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate files of hard copy documents and correspondence, both internally and externally
- Design PowerPoint presentations for client’s meetings

**2.** **NEW BUSINESS PROCESSING (JOINT EFFORT)**:
**Insurance**
- Ensure that personal, financial, and underwriting questions are answered appropriately
- Order corresponding underwriting requirements
- Update underwriting log and keep President well-informed
- Follow-up on attending physician reports as needed
- Coordinate and expedite with new business case coordinators and maintain open

communication with underwriters on pending cases
- Ensure policy issue is correct
- Follow up with client to ensure all outstanding delivery requirements are collected

**3.** **CLIENT SERVICING SUPPORT (JOINT EFFORT)**:
**Service Existing Clients**
- Process any life, disability, and critical illness and group benefit insurance claims
- Update addresses and telephone numbers
- Process policy changes (e.g. change of banking information, change of beneficiary)
- Address client inquiries regarding policies details and products
- Ensure premium payments are up-to-date
- Handle lapse notice and PAC returns
- Process conversions and transfer of ownership
- Follow-up on above servicing items and ensure all is processed accordingly

**4.** **MARKETING SUPPORT (JOINT EFFORT)**:

- Maintain Appropriate Database through the use of CRM
- Update all contact records in CRM
- Manage CRM opportunities and leads
- Ensure that clients and affiliates’ contact information are kept up to date
- Assists in handle all technology issues that may arise, if possible

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
