Typical Day Supporting Sales Producers with processing client documentation, completing carrier requirements and communication, and actioning post‑sale updates and revisions Ensuring accurate records in EPIC and completing all EPIC related processes Adhering to service level agreements in terms of timely and accurate service delivery, ensuring any and all time‑sensitive matters are addressed promptly Engaging in projects and initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational excellence Value You Bring LLQP License Required Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs Professional written and verbal communication Working experience in EPIC an asset Hours: 37.5 hours/week Location: Remote in Canada Salary Range: $51,000 - $65,000 Requisition #: 82342 At Western, we prioritize the well‑being of our employees and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment that values diversity within our communities.
