Food matters to a lot of people for a lot of different reasons and we help them celebrate those reasons by making organic, local, ethical, ethnic, healthy, gourmet, artisan, and traditional fare accessible.

We are seeking a Butcher/Meat Cutter to join our team, either at the part-time or full-time capacity.

**Key Specific Responsibilities**:

- Cut chilled meat to specifications
- Debone, trim & weigh meat
- Packaging of meat products
- Proper care and safe use of knives and tools

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Proven knife skills, including safe use, care, steeling & sharpening
- Physically able to do repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a refrigerated environments (including freezer)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be available for regular daily/weekly/weekend schedule
- Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as mesh gloves, masks and other necessary safety equipment

*2 Years experience minimum as a butcher is required

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
