Kitchener, Canada Puddles Swim School Full time

Proudly Canadian-owned, Puddles Swim School is opening its doors this October, and we’re looking for our **Customer Service & Front Desk Associate Team** This is one of the most important roles in our school — you’re the **first smile** families see when they walk in, the first hello kids hear when they arrive, and the **face of our brand.**

If you love creating warm, welcoming experiences and want to be part of building something new and special, we’d love to meet you.
- Swim education or aquatics experience is a plus._

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the **first point of contact** for families — always greeting with a smile and positive energy
- Assist with student registrations, scheduling, and account management
- Support merchandise sales (swim gear, apparel, accessories)
- Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and welcoming
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Responding to messages across our social media channels
- Help ensure every child and family feels excited, safe, and cared for when they visit

What We’re Looking For:

- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused — you love working with people
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or hospitality is an asset
