**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Hope, BC. As a Junior Data Entry Clear, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data. This is an ideal role for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, and eager to grow.

**Responsibilities**
- Input data accurately various databases and spreadsheets
- Verify and cross-check data from multiple sources for accuracy.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
- Assist with data collection and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with maintaining digital and paper filing systems.
- Update and maintain records of materials, costs, invoices and project documentation.
- Support administrative and accounting teams with clerical tasks
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- Support order entry processes and basic math calculations.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and client information

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of data entry, office, or administrative experience preferred (entry level welcome)
- Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior clerical experience is preferred.
- Basic math skills are required for order entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
