**Responsibilities**:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Field any incoming calls and inquires
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Payroll for employers
- Customer invoiving
- Quick Books Data entry
- Monthly remittances + Reporting
- Updating customer data base
- Coordination of purchase orders, materials/equipment orders, arrange shipping and following up on delivery times.
- Work closely with our Sales and Customer support team to provide timely, proactive service and support
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude, team player
- Organized with ability to multi task
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $16.66-$26.00 per hour
