**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of performance for your sector in terms of health and safety, quality and productivity while targeting opportunities for improvement. You will act as a coach to your team in order to maintain a healthy and dynamic work environment according to the different values promoted by the company.

Here's an overview of your tasks:

- Supervise and coordinate all production activities of the different sectors
- Supervise a team of 15 to 20 employees
- Support the team leaders in their daily role
- Support the achievement of objectives and the realization of quality activities
- Ensure that performance standards are met
- Ensure the development of the skills of the team
- Participate in the implementation of a culture of excellence
- Implement improvement initiatives that can influence results
- Ensure a safe work environment

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Have a combination of academic training and relevant experience in operations and personnel management
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Good organizational skills and thoroughness
- Demonstrate fairness, autonomy and initiative
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing (asset)
