This role will be based in **Mississauga, ON.**

**Your role within the team**:

- Ensure setup of the project is in conformance to Project Controls processes and procedures.
- Design of the monitoring, controlling and reporting Program and project performance through the whole program life.
- Lead a team of Cost Control professionals, including objective setting and performance management.
- Advise and propose solutions on matters that could prevent meeting the project objectives and provide recommendations to optimize the overall project cost.
- Oversee timely and accurate cost report updates at the end of each reporting period for the project control accounts to warrant proper monthly cost report.
- Trending of actuals data and analysis of forecast.
- Provide regular reports on project cost status and cost deviations and recommend remedial actions.
- Ensure proper commitment tracking and reporting for PO’s.
- Provide regular reports on project time accumulation, analyze budget variances, recommend remedial actions.
- Ensure PMET reporting is accurate, current and all variances are explained and supported.
- Provide input to client reporting.
- Prepare forward looking project and business cash flow forecasts.
- Support the change management process on the project.
- Support the implementation of ECOSYS on the project.
- Interface with other project controls staff including Cost Controllers and planners to maintain an integrated cost-schedule project control system.
- Interface with planners on the deliverables’ progress to update estimate-to-complete.
- Present to team members as required.
- Act as a Single Point of Contact for all Cost/Finance related enquiries for the project.
- Special assignments, ad hoc reports and other related duties as required.

- University degree (Bachelors).
- 10-15 years Cost Control experience - up to Lead level.
- Previous experience working in large-scale projects.
- Organized, with above average communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests.
- Ability to manage Programs (multiple projects and initiatives within a program).
