**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in recreational vehicles.
- Repair or replace damaged components using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and components.
- Assemble parts and systems according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct welding repairs as needed to ensure structural integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist with heavy lifting of parts and equipment as required.
- Collaborate with other technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in RV maintenance and repair.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Ability to read and understand schematics for various vehicle systems.
- Experience in welding techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Previous experience working in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: $18.63-$40.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
