**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival.
- Assess customer needs and provide recommendations for automotive repairs and services.
- Communicate service options clearly, including pricing and estimated time for repairs.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle history.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services.
- Upsell additional services based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair is preferred.
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is a plus.
- Proven cash handling experience with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling services is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to providing high-quality service.

**Schedule**
- Tues-Fri 8-5
- Sat 9-4

Pay: $36,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
