We are looking for Carpenter Helper / Apprentice to fill full-time positions in building maintenance:

- Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
- Erect and dismantle, scaffolding, ramps, shoring and barricades required at job site
- Mix, pour and install materials such as concrete, membrane, and etc.
- Assist carpenter with wood frame restoration, stucco restoration, sheet metal work
- Operate power tools
- Remove debris at construction sites

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- Carpentry training Level 1
- Enthusiasm and decent work attitude
- Own tools or equipment
- Valid BC driver’s license is an asset, but not required
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Criminal record check will be done

**Compensation**: $20-24 per hour
