**Job Summary**:
As a Carpenter's Helper at A Few Good Lads, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing support to our skilled carpenters in a variety of construction projects. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals with some concrete and carpentry experience or a strong desire to learn, providing hands-on experience in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with carpenters in measuring, cutting, and shaping materials to project specifications.

2. Transport tools, materials, and equipment efficiently on job sites.

3. Assist in the preparation of work areas, including setting up scaffolding, ladders, and other necessary structures.

5. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment for a safe work environment.

6. Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

8. Perform various manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, and digging, as required.

**Qualifications**:
1. Preferably, some previous experience in concrete or carpentry.

2. Strong work ethic and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks.

3. Quick learner with the capacity to follow instructions effectively.

4. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.

5. Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.

6. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

7. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
