We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As the Occupational Health and Safety Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, as well as compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This is a critical role in our organization, and we are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our efforts in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

- Develop and implement occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
- Provide training and education to employees on safety practices, procedures, and regulations
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving safety performance
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with changes in occupational health and safety laws and regulations
- Coordinate with external agencies, such as OSHA, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and COR certfied

- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and standards
- Proven experience in developing and implementing safety policies, procedures, and programs
- Ability to conduct thorough inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate accidents/incidents and implement corrective actions
- Strong communication skills to provide training and education on safety practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management to improve safety performance
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to monitor the effectiveness of safety programs
- Familiarity with fabricating processes is a plus
- Experience in training development is highly desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $52,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
