As Part-Time Concierge at Lexus of Royal Oak, you are often the first point of contact for our guests - whether in person or over the phone. You set the tone for a warm, welcoming, and exceptional guest experience. Your role is essential in embodying our Lexus philosophy: _anticipate our guests' needs and treat them as you would a guest in your own home._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet all guests warmly, professionally, and respectfully - whether in person or on the phone.
- Act as a helpful first point of contact, directing guests or inquiries to the appropriate team member or department.
- Maintain a working knowledge of dealership departments and staff responsibilities.
- Build positive relationships with team members to foster a collaborative work culture.
- Handle all incoming calls efficiently and courteously, minimizing hold times and ensuring messages are relayed accurately.
- Monitor showroom activity and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage filing and paperwork according to dealership procedures.
- Use our CRM system to assist with guest communication or follow-up as required.
- Order and distribute office supplies as requested.
- Arrange courier packages and internal deliveries.
- Assist with vehicle pick-up and payment processes during evening hours.
- Celebrate guest vehicle deliveries with an enthusiastic greeting.
- Support the Sales team and leadership with various tasks as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- 2+ years of experience in customer service or hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Comfortable with computers and typing
- Positive, engaging personality with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Being bilingual is an asset but not required.
- Flexibility to adjust hours when needed is appreciated
