Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance
- Generate repair orders and communicate service details to the technicians
- Estimate repair costs and provide customers with accurate quotes
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the service process
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Previous experience as a mechanic or in an automotive service role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Sales experience is a plus
