**Work Status**: Full-Time (onsite)
**Location**: Toronto, Ontario
**About the Role**:
**You will contribute by**:

- Work closely with the Head of Production and Client Services team to create pitch materials (scripts, creative treatments, outlines) for Hosted Segment sales initiatives across all relevant channels: Home, Flavour, W, Showcase and Global.
- Continued focus on creative excellence and budgetary discipline & efficiencies. Manage all production with close attention to production guidelines and budgetary efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and with clients throughout pre and postproduction and manage all on-set relationships.
- Manage individual productions and yearly budget, Segment Host and guest Talent relationships along with a roster of film crew and internal stakeholders: Sales team, Original Productions, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal.
- Negotiate with crew, talent, studio space and all suppliers for efficient content delivery.

**Skills and experience you bring**:

- Extensive understanding of film direction, film grammar, editing, and with knowledge and visualization abilities from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Solid experience in television and commercial production & development within a leadership role along with a proven content writing background
- Has a comprehensive background in programming, production logistics, budgeting and on-set experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills and possesses the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple deliverables at any given time.
- Has high level of communication aptitude with the ability to convey creative ideas and concepts to clients.
- Ability to backfill the on-set Director for content segments when required
- Has heightened creativity through industry awareness (broadcast, digital, social) and continually expanding knowledge of creative and film techniques.
