**About us**:
Established in 2015, Alba is a Vancouver-based fast-growing education and career consulting company. As an organizer of Career Quotient Summit, Alba dedicates itself to connecting young professionals with industry leaders. CQ Summit, therefore, acts as a bridge between students and companies, a place for students to share, learn and grow. We are currently looking for a Junior Recruiter to assist the recruitment team. The role works to provide recruiting service to our clients and help them to find ideal employees.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Drafting and posting Job ads to a variety of job boards and resources.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent for competitive searches.
- Schedules and administers the pre-screening interview for applicants.
- Coordinates other recruitment activities and projects as assigned.
- Provides other administrative support to the recruitment team such as file management, preparation. of statistical reports, invoicing, and recording of meeting notes.
- Build and maintain talent pools by nurturing relationships with top talent and external sources
- Following all company recruitment and on-boarding protocols.
- Processing on-boarding for employees.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year HR and recruitment experience
- Bachelor’s or Diploma with a focus on HR, Business Administration or related
- Must be fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of online recruitment methods, best practices, Job market trends, and standard recruitment processes
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player who can work independently and take direction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $39,725.98-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V6C 1V4: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
