**About the Role**

We’re looking for a full-time Site Supervisor to lead one of our licensed child care sites.
This role blends hands-on program support, team mentorship, and operational oversight. It’s a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, values strong relationships, and brings a steady, reflective approach to leadership.

You'll:

- Oversee daily site operations and ensure licensing compliance
- Coach, mentor, and support educators in their professional growth
- Build strong, respectful relationships with families and staff
- Collaborate with other Site Supervisors and the Executive Director
- Respond to emerging situations with professionalism and sound judgment

**What You Bring**
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Registration in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
- At least 4 years of experience in early learning and 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Familiarity with _How Does Learning Happen?_ and the CCEYA
- A calm, balanced leadership style grounded in respect and accountability
- Interest in or experience with Indigenous culture, language, and traditions

**Details**
- Full-time hourly position based in Thunder Bay
- Hours: 40 per week, with occasional overtime depending on operational needs
- Hourly rate: $23.00-$29.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience
- Some early morning, late afternoon, or evening hours may be required
- Work may include participation in community and cultural events
- Programs use traditional medicines and smudging; comfort working in these environments is required
- Requires a clear Vulnerable Sector Check, Standard First Aid & CPR Level C, and up-to-date immunizations
