**Overview**
The Part-time Housekeeper is accountable for the overall cleaning and minor maintenance of our properties, as well as ensuring overall performance of the housekeeping team. They are expected to travel between our headquarters and accommodation locations. This position guarantees a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, increasing to full time throughout the summer.

**Accountabilities**
- Properties are cleaned by their designated check in time.
- Properties checking out are cleaned or checked that day.
- Housekeepers are adhering to our housekeeping checklist.
- Housekeepers are carrying a fully stocked cleaning kit.
- Inventory is kept fully stocked.
- General organization of the housekeeping room and office.
- Tasks are completed on-time.
- Maintain an open line of communication with the housekeeping team.

**Responsibilities**
- Deep and regular cleaning of our properties.
- General errands, minor maintenance, and other tasks.
- Communicate with the housekeeping team, providing updates on early check ins/late check outs, or tasks.
- Communicate with the housekeeping team, escalating issues to Sr. Management as needed.

**What we expect from you**

- A strong balance of quality and efficiency.
- Expert time management skills.
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
- Drivers license.
- At least one year housekeeping/cleaning experience.
