**Your role**
- Are you a motivated self-starter? Can you take an assignment and run with it?

We are looking for Client Service Specialist to join our team to:

- manage client on and offboarding cases and facilitate lifecycle events (e.g. client requests or other service delivery issues) for client-related reviews
- support in the preparation of sales pitches, client meeting and cross-selling for existing clients
- support governance and risk management processes and UBS' ability to maintain effective controls
- ensure reliability and integrity of financial and operational information
- exercise professional judgement in the performance of work

- You'll be working with the Institutional Client Coverage team team located in Montreal, Canada. Our vision is to always enhance the client experience now and for the future.

**Your expertise**
- 5 to 15 years of prior experience in a similar Client service role
- fluency in English and French
- knowledge about market products is a plus
