Embuild is a general construction company with experties in the tenants improvement projects, like building, daycares, restaurants, pizza stores etc. We are serving Calgary and surrounding area markets.
**Summary**

We are seeking a Project coordinator, who will be working from the office and doing site visits too at the same time for coordination and supervision work.
**Responsibilities**
- **Coordination**: Liaise with various stakeholders including property owners, tenants, architects, and contractors to ensure all needs are met.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized project files, construction records, and project-related documentation.
- **Support Design & Permitting**: Assist in reviewing commercial drawing packages and support the process of obtaining necessary permits from municipal authorities.
- **Monitor Progress**: Track project milestones and progress to ensure adherence to the established timeline and budget.
- **Budget & Financials**: Assist with the financial aspects of the project, such as reconciling allowances and reviewing invoices
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with construction management principles is a plus.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand basic construction terminology.
- Proficient in time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Experience with contracts and quotations is preferred.

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
