We are currently looking for qualified instructors to join our team.

Want to make the road a better place?

We are looking for instructors to help deliver the best Driver Education program we can offer, by inspiring our students to become safer drivers. You will be responsible for helping them develop the necessary skills to share the road safely with the rest of us.

This contract position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated and interested in a flexible schedule. You book the hours you want to work - with the realization that many of our students are in school so evening and weekend availability is a must

**A little about you**:

- You stay calm under pressure New drivers are stressed out. They will occasionally throw a wrench in the works and surprise you. Staying calm is key.
- You are positive Constructive criticism and positive feedback are going to create a more positive learning experience, which means your student will be more likely to maintain those safe habits you are hoping to instill.
- You are patient Everyone is different, and they come to us with a variety of backgrounds and skill levels. Some will get it right away, and some will need a fair bit more work. Your patience and understanding are going to go a long way to helping them build confidence.

**A little about the job**:

- This is a contract position.
- You will be responsible for booking your own hours.
- Your schedule is up to you, but this is a primarily evening/weekend heavy job.
- You will be responsible for providing top notch on the road instruction to our students.

There is a signing bonus for qualified instructors - if you are looking to get back on the road and start teaching again, we are looking for you

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Red Deer, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
