**Job Title: Quality Inspector for fruits and vegetables** **Must have experience**
**Duties**:
- Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications
- Inspect goods for defects or deviations from quality standards
- Document and report any quality issues or non-conformities
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality control processes
**Requirements**:
- Must have a produce background
- Proven experience as a Quality Controller or similar role (preffered)
- Knowledge of HACCP, quality control principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
