Job Overview:
We are hiring a Working Supervisor / Project Manager with strong field experience in concrete rehabilitation and small bridge restoration. This is a hands-on role requiring both supervisory skill and technical know-how.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately for layout and execution
- Perform and oversee layout, drilling, and installation of reinforcing steel
- Install formwork for structural concrete
- Supervise field crew and ensure project tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Maintain site safety, quality control, and workflow efficiency
- Keep accurate records and communicate progress with management
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation to senior management
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in concrete restoration and bridge work (required)
- Strong hands-on skills and ability to lead by example on site
- Proficient in blueprint reading and layout
- Knowledge of reinforcing steel and formwork installation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and workers effectively
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
