**Customer Service Representative**

The UPS Store is a locally owned and operated franchise that provides a wide range of services for consumers and small businesses, including shipping, packing, mailbox rentals, printing, and other business support solutions. We are currently seeking a full-time team member who is hardworking, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn.

**Duties**
- Delivers exceptional customer service while building rapport and trust with customers for future business
- Provides knowledgeable business solutions to customers including packaging, shipping, printing, and finishing options
- Works directly with customers to interpret client design needs
- Develop graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logos, and print marketing
- Receives and distributes parcels to mailbox holders
- Understands and educate customers of mailbox options and benefits
- Operates all store equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, laminators, and binding equipment
- Utilizes computer software and presents customers with multiple shipping options for delivering parcels to their destinations with varying speed and protections.
- Follows standard packaging guidelines; accurately assess materials necessary for packing jobs and perform at customers’ request
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- May be required to open or close the store
- Other related duties as required

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma required
- Experience working in retail/customer service environment; experience with shipping or postal office considered an asset
- Graphic design and experience working in a print environment preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Customer service experience with strong verbal/written skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
