We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our dynamic team at Chatters Hair Salon Kingsway. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellent customer service and enhancing the overall salon experience. As a Front End Associate, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch beauty services.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Assist with managing salon supplies and inventory effectively.
- Support team members by providing guidance and motivation.
- Educate clients on products and services available in the salon.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the front desk.
- Promote salon offerings through upselling techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with stylists to ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with sales techniques, including upselling strategies.
- Ability to manage cash handling processes accurately.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- A passion for the beauty industry is highly desirable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
