**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Front End Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your staff providing exceptional service and support.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and assist them with their inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers, utilizing your knowledge of retail sales techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area, ensuring that displays are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to staff, through coaching and communication.
- Implement systems to allow the front to run effectively

**Qualifications**

Coach employees, coordinating and putting systems in place to ensure front end runs effectively

Managing the front end, staff, inventory and supporting the team

Ensure the front end is visually appealing, cleaning schedules are in place and maintained

Cash handling and sales targets maintained
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Willingness to learn about products and services offered to better assist customers.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
