**Job Overview**:
Are you passionate about wireless technology and enjoy helping customers find the perfect solution? We’re looking for energetic and customer-focused **Wireless Sales Associates** to join our **Freedom Mobile retail team**.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, knowledgeable, and personalized experience
- Assist customers in selecting wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories
- Stay up to date on the latest Freedom Mobile promotions, plans, and product launches
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Troubleshoot basic device and account issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support your teammates
- Promote in-store events, limited-time offers, and customer referral programs

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Sales experience (wireless or retail preferred, but not required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- A results-driven attitude with a passion for hitting targets
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic tech-savviness and a willingness to stay current on wireless trends
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
