Office Administrator

**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including contracts, permits, and project documentation.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide support to clients as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members to streamline operations.
- Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures.
- Support HR-related tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment coordination.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting or project management software is an asset.
