**Job Description**:

As a **Laborer**, reporting to the Branch Manager, your daily duties would be:

- Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing vehicles using a handheld device;
- Clean, clear snow (winter) and wrap vehicles to improve visual appeal and prevent further damage;
- Carry out detailed inspections of vehicles on arrival, documenting any existing damage or problems with pictures and a digital questionnaire;
- Be willing to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including summer and winter;
- Coordinate seamlessly with the operations team to ensure smooth vehicle movements and accurate record keeping;
- Collaborate proactively with colleagues to maintain a safe and organized work environment for customers;
- Dismantle wheels and classify tires;
- Clean, test and classify batteries for resale;
- Fill cans with certain liquids and label them.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent French;
- Functional English;
- Demonstrate safe work habits;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure with mínimal supervision;
- Attention to detail and a keen sense of identifying vehicle imperfections;
- Ability to work effectively outdoors in variable weather conditions;
- Physical fitness - ability to lift up to 50-75lbs;
- Reliability, diligence, punctuality and versatility;
- Good manual dexterity.
