**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in Brampton. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and staff, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment. This position offers a variety of tasks ranging from reception duties to administrative support, making it an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the front desk receptionist, greeting guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage the main phone lines for our group of companies, directing calls and handling inquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the Office Services team, including general office tasks and coordination.
- Communicate open tasks and issues effectively to management and other stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate special events, meetings, training sessions, and catering as needed.
- Perform other duties and tasks as required to support the team and office operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Bilingualism in English and Punjabi is an asset.
- 3+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively.
- Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our Brampton office, with occasional after-hours support as needed.
